Former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, American Standard Companies, Inc.
An ITT director effective upon completion of the spin off, Mr. D'Aloia brings more than 35 years of experience in diverse finance management and business development roles at leading global engineering and industrial companies including American Standard Companies, Honeywell and AlliedSignal. He is a board member and managing director of Ascend Performance Materials, Inc. Mr. D'Aloia also currently serves on the boards of FMC Corporation and WABCO Holdings, Inc.
Former Chairman, James Hardie Industries N.V.
An ITT director effective upon completion of the spin off, Mr. DeFosset brings to the board extensive executive experience, serving in a series of leadership positions at multi-billion dollar, diversified industrial companies including Walter Industries, Dura Automotive Systems, Navistar International, AlliedSignal and Mack Trucks. He also spent 18 years in a series of executive positions at Rockwell International. Currently, Mr. DeFosset serves on the boards of EnPro Industries, Inc., National Retail Properties, Inc., Regions Financial Corporation and Terex Corporation.
Senior Counselor, The Cohen Group
An ITT director since 2008, retired U.S. Army General Kern brings 40 years of military experience to his board position and has served as Senior Counselor to the Cohen Group since January 2005. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AM General LLC from August 2008 until January 2010, after retiring from the United States Army as Commanding General, Army Materiel Command (AMC). In that post and earlier as Commander of the 4th Infantry Division, General Kern led the Army's drive to digitize and transform the service's battlefield capability. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of CoVant Technologies LLC, and AT Solutions, a subsidiary of CoVant Technologies.
Chairman of the ITT Board of Directors and Chairman and Former Chief Executive Officer, EMCOR Group, Inc.
An ITT director since 2001, Mr. MacInnis brings to the board more than 25 years of international experience and a global perspective gained through his role as chairman and former chief executive officer of EMCOR Group. He currently serves on the boards of The Williams Companies, ComNet Communications and the Greater New York Chapter of the March of Dimes.
Chief Executive Officer and President
Denise joined ITT as senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2007 from Furniture Brands. She brings a broad range of corporate experience, having held executive positions across both consumer and industrial companies. Prior to joining ITT, Ramos was chief financial officer of Furniture Brands International, where she was instrumental in designing corporate strategy. Her prior experience includes five years at Yum! Brands, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was senior vice president and corporate treasurer for Yum! and chief financial officer for the US division of KFC. She began her career at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) of Los Angeles, California, where she spent 21 years in a number of increasingly responsible finance positions.

An ITT director since 1998, Ms. Sanford is widely recognized as one of the technology industry's top leaders. A member of the Women in Technology International Hall of Fame, she is helping ITT advance its innovation and engineering efforts. Ms. Sanford currently serves on the boards of the Partnership for New York City and the Business Council of New York State.
Former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kennametal, Inc.
Mr. Tambakeras has extensive experience leading global engineering and manufacturing businesses — including Kennametal and the Industrial Controls Business of Honeywell. While at Honeywell he was based for several years in South Africa and Hong Kong. He currently is a member of the boards of trustees of Arizona State University and Loyola Marymount University. He is also on the advisory board of Madison Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Chicago. Mr. Tambakeras has been a director of ITT since 2001 and until recently, he served on the board of directors of Parker Hannafin Corporation.
